
I’m Avry Gibson — a U.S. Marine Corps veteran turned personal trainer and transformation coach. I spent five years in the Marines learning discipline, structure, and how to lead from the front. Fitness wasn’t just a requirement — it was how I stayed grounded and sharp through everything the military threw at me.
After leaving the service, I realized that what I loved most was helping others push past their limits. I became a coach because I know how life can wear you down — work, stress, kids, relationships — and I believe fitness gives you the power to take back control.
Today, I coach everyday people through real transformations — whether they’re building muscle, losing body fat, or just trying to feel strong and confident again. My coaching style is direct, supportive, and no-BS — rooted in science, personal experience, and a proven structure.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans. I focus on sustainability, long-term progress, and building a lifestyle that liberates you — not one that chains you to a diet or the scale.
